              We can integrate technology in the classroom through various web tools like power point presentation, Blog task, Flipped learning and social media like Whatsapp and Facebook, in which Flipped learning is very interesting because it broke the traditional norms of

teaching and learning in the classroom. Students can learn any time from anywhere through flipped learning Teacher can engage the students without his or her presence.

         

• Q-1 Why is it necessary to use Technology in Education? 

•  In education main focus is on teaching learning process. And because of this Teacher is at the center from the very earlier stage of teaching learning process. But now time is changing and with the flow of time teaching learning process is also starts changing. So now Students are at the center rather than teacher. There are so many methods and approaches for teaching learning process but no one can replace technology as a best method of teaching learning process.That’s why technology is very important thing in teaching learning process and it is necessary in process of teaching learning. Self-learning is very important part of teaching learning process with the help of technology. Dec-entering the center from teacher to student. 

•  Q-2 What is the difference between 'using' and 'integrating' technology? 

•  Integrating the technology is also related with teacher and students use of technology into the classroom. By using new ideas. Is the use of technology of a tools integrate  the content areas in order to allow students to apply computer and technology skills to learning and problem solving of students. Generally speaking the curriculum which is hard but can solve by using technology.

• Example:- Using technology

• Flipped learning. Here only teachers can put videos and other things , student can not. They use technology here but can not edit anything. This is one way use of technology.

• Using this online Quiz ,student and teacher both use technology here. It is essential to learning activity.

• Q-4 Can technology replac teacher?

• This is the age in which human are replaced by technology. There is so many place in which the place of human beings are taken by machine and technology. But in education , the place of teacher is can not taken by anything. May be the place of teacher will be taken by technology but there will be still missing of emotion, feelings and interaction between student and teacher. The replacement of teacher with tools ,it may gave us big challenge and it becomes harmful also.

•  Many times student like me failed to understand some topic while reading in google and watching videos but my professor Dr. Dilip Barad can teach me with the help of various examples, hence teacher is very helpful to understand easily.

• Q-5 Write in brief on David Crystal's views on 'effect of new technologies on English language', 'biggest challenge for English language teachers in the times of internet', and 'texting is good for English language'.
  

• David Crystal speaks about the influence of technology on English language.  Technology helps in learning language but also effects it. As we know many people read stuff from social media, many people are social networking cites and for that you need a basic platform to interact with other people and that can happen with a common language used by all, English. He also talked about the problems that teachers are facing while dealing with the new generation’s students. Because this language. Teachers have to teach students to accept every accent and they should also focus on the modern English used by students. As Crystal says that the earlier mobile you got, the higher your literacy goes. Exactly! Mobile teaches us lot, the whole world and every single way to educate your self is with you in your pocket if you have a mobile with you. No one really uses the Standard English, and all have to accept it. Texting is 'Good' for English Language, while interacting with new people we can correct ourselves. See, speaking English in front of people, we get nervous, but while texting we don’t. So texting helps it.

       While doing academic and research works we do not rely blindly on any web resource as these works required quality of reading and writing. In order to spread awareness about the authenticity of web sources, a very fruitful session was conducted by Dilip Barad sir on 19^th November, 2019.

Turnitin

             Turnitin is an Americal commercial, internet based plagiarism detection service which helps to promote academic integrity, streamline grading and feedback, deter plagiarism and thus helps to improve students' outcome.

           Sparknotes, Shamoops, Gradesaver, Enotes and so on, these are known web sites which are widely used by students. But when the matter comes on the point of productivity standard of content, it almost fails to achieve it at certain level. One can understand the productivity standard on any website by  observing it  through certain parameters such as quality assumptions and quantitive assumptions. Turnitin provides us a rubric form given into the research paper of it, based on evolution of web sources widely used by students.  This rubric helps in to check out the productivity or authenticity level of any web resource.

                   In Robinson crusoe, Robinson is master and Friday is slave. He becomes slave because Robinson saves his life. And Robinson believes in cristinity. That's why he also taught cristinity to Friday. And then Friday also believes in cristinity. And Robinson becomes colonizer and Friday becomes colonized.

                 For Friday island is native land. But he is under the controll of Robinson. For Robinson Island is not his native land. But he has a power to control and rule on that island. On his native place he does not feel safe with his native people. But he feel safe with Robinson. He becuse his native people attacks on him. At that time Robinson saves him. He is ready to become a slave of Robinson. He is native person. But Robinson is outsider. And he controls the island. He becomes ruler. And he developes island. So outsider becomes the ruler and controls native people. And outsider becomes colonizer and native people becomes colonized.

Ngugi Wa Thiong’o known for showing his concern for native poor people. In A Grain of Wheat also he showcases his concern towards the poor. The plot revolves around his home village’s preparations for Kenya’s independence day celebration, Uhuru day. This work presented a conflict between white and black. The West was known as a white civilized culture as well as they had the power to colonize the others. The rest are considered as nonwhite people and they were colonized by white people. This novel talks about the Mau Mau Rebellion and its Physical and Psychological impacts upon the mind of people.

In this novel the character of Mumbi symbolizes Africa’s struggle for identity. Mumbi’s identity is defined by her relations with two men, in the same manner, Africa’s identity defined by traditional tribal lifestyles of African and their customs that grew up through countless eons.

Vinod Joshi was honoured with the Kavishwar Dalpatram Award in 2013, and was awarded the Sahitya Gaurav Puraskar by the Gujarat Sahitya Akademi in 2015. His book of literary criticism, Nivesh, won the Ramanlal Joshi Prize, instituted by the Gujarati Sahitya Parishad. Multi-awardwinning poet and one of our foremost literary figures, Dr Vinod Joshi of Bhavnagar talks to us about the creative process of ‘Sairandhri’, his latest poetic work that has been widely acknowledged and welcomed as one of the landmark literary creations in Gujarati and talks about it’s Australia connection.

About Sairandhri

This poem is based on Mahabharta. In Mahabharata one part of ' Virat Parva '. It's call ' Agnat Vas ' which living into hidden form and without self-sameness wherever. Here question is that What's purpose of remaining in hidden way ?

Draupadi was daughter of king Drupad. here Vinod Joshi presented droupadi as lover of Karna. As a queen of Hastinapur Draupadi How she became Dashi during in Agnat Vas? and How she faced various problem in her life ?. It's very interesting way of interpretation.

Loss identity :-

Here Sairandhi has not proper one identity. She played vital roll in Mahabharata without one certain identity. She loss her identity with sacrifice of body for five male pandavas. It is happening in our present life also. In Mahabharta She don't raise question for her identity who has not freedom to express own desire. She can't protect herself with praise. In the poem she was powerful woman described by him. This poem explain about woman no one any men. He explain a vital role of woman.

Youth Festival 2019

Youth Festival 2019

          Hosted by Physical Department, MKBU.

In our University on 25, to 28 September organised a youth festival. And the title is "RangMohan". Title is interesting. In this Youth festival students takes a participates and get ranks and certificates. They does hard work. In this Youth festival different hoardings are there.

It is interesting. Different different events are there, and like that different different hoardings are there. Many events are there like :-

Elocution competition 

Mehndi competition 

One Act Play

Bhajan

Poster - making

Mimicry

Essay writing 

 Etc. These all events are there. And many students takes part in this events. Day stars with kalayatra, and ends with certificates and rank. So for students it becomes opportunity to takes part in this.

 I attented one act play. And I find many different themes are there. It gives a message.

Kalayatra

The youth festival started on 25th September with Kala Yatra. Kala Yatra based on life of Mahatma Gandhi. In this event there are 5 to 6 college participated Kala Yatra competition. Student presented various themes which related to Gandhiji.

Inauguration

This event begin in morning on 26th September at mp theatre of mkb university. In this event University invited various peoples like Maya bhai Ahir Kirtidan Gadhvi Dhirubhai Sarvaiya abhaysinh Rathod. The guests also presented in this function

I attend this event. This event is really interesting event. I really like this event to watch and listen. There are 5 colleges participated in this event. From my department of English participants are Avni Divya Ruchita Prakriti tamsa. This event Such interesting event for me. I enjoy a lot this event.

Bhajan

Bhajan competition is really interesting event. In this competition ceremony participant presented bhajan very well.

This event is related to acting. From our department of English Ruchi Joshi is participated in this event. In mono acting the major themes were Draupadi, Sahadev. Ruchi done very well mono acting through her talent.

Skit is such a interesting event for me because I participated in this event. This event started on 28 September at morning. From my department of English students are Nirali, Hina, prinjal, Alisha, Nasim and me. I enjoy a lot this event because it is it is very enjoyable for me. And the others colleges where performed in this event. There are 12 colleges participated in the event. First time I participate in youth festival. I feel very good for participating in this event.

One act play

One act play is related to literature. In this event participant show their talent. We have studied act play in Literature. Related to our study all song. I am student of literature. I really like this event because this event is described some Idea things related to literature. So this is very interesting event.

 Poetry

This event also related to our study. Poetry is a part of our study. Mostly we like poetry because it is interesting. Students like to write poetry but I I like to listen poetry.

Essay writing competition

In this competition from our department of English pinjal Shiyal participated. Essay writing organised department of English. There are many Students participated in this event.

In this event  participant from my department of English are Hina and Bhuvnesh. The quiz competition is very interesting event because mostly like the quize. Quiz is related to knowledge of literature, general knowledge etc.

In this Youth festival themes are different. And satires on the society. Gives a meassag to the people.

1. Recollect a moment of your life when you were at the height of ferocity (anger)


on someone with/without some specific reason. What did you feel like speaking to or doing with that person?


A moment when I was at the height of ferocity that happens because of my family members , as i m leaving in joint family. Obviously ,all memeber have different nature as well as ego and attitudes. But sometimes i can't control my anger on any matters. One of my aunt have no education , no knowledge though she is much arrogant lady . She have always negative thoughts and always interested in non- sense matter. She have no idea that how her behaviour and speech manners can harm other's feeling and emotions. It can also influence the people who are not aware about the things will get negative thinking .








When she spoke about me and have jealousy with my education i can't control it. Her talking about my free minded parents , at all this time I feel much anger. At that time I want to say very clearly all the things at her face. But my mom prevents me in terms of respecinre elders. I want to tell her that her narrow mindedness and gossiping nature will harmful to her only not other so change it soon.


2. Have you ever felt tremendous drive to hit or murder someone? When? Why? How? Elucidate.


I never feel to murder anyone but sometimes want one or two slap someone. Time changes very fast so we find around us young generation are addicted for bad things. Thay are not focusing on their future and career but have many bad habits. They do whatever they want to enjoy but no idea of parents and relations and its value. In my family my cousins have same ideas I am not able to control situation after many efforts. but i definitely want to hit one or two slap them.



3. Have you ever felt like committing suicide? Was it just a passing thought or you were serious? What propelled you to think so? Describe your experience (although momentary) of suicidal tendency.


No , i never felt like to committed suicide . I got lovely family , friends and partner. No matters what happened to me they will always their for supporting me. So I never feel and will never been for it. Sometimes situation becomes worst around us , we can't control it . At that time that feeling came but it is temporary not more so have never that type of experience seriously.



4. Write about the scariest of your dreams. Have you ever cried or screamed by a bizarre and horrible nightmare? Elaborate.








When I was in my higher secondary studies , and at ug level , many time at midnight i awoke out of fears. There is no horrible dreams but fear that incepted in minds by elders in earlier days. There was nothing but I feel much fear of unknown things , not in dream also , but my thinking about it become very high that I can't open my eyes also then i call my mom to sleep with me.in my mind fear thay someone is there and observing me that dangerous feeling aroused in me . Though only it was fear but more powerful also.
